Settlement: successful contributions settle to Saadjie’s trust position on the next South African banking day (T+1) and are then disbursed to the Parent.
Refunds: the Parent can refund any contribution from the dashboard for 30 calendar days. Refunds reach the cardholder via Eclipse and may take up to 10 banking days to reflect, depending on the issuing bank.
Disputes: if anything is wrong, email support@saadjie.com first — if we cannot resolve it, your issuing bank operates the formal chargeback path under Visa / Mastercard / Amex scheme rules.
